XR Valley Hubs
XR technology is a location based technology. To drive adoption, it’s important to provide accessibility throughout the XR Valley. To achieve this, one of XR Valley’s key activities is to work with partners to set up XR Valley Hubs. These Hubs are locations that commit to making XR available to one or more of the XR Valley target audiences and have an expertise in one or more XR Verticals. It is our ambition to support a larger number of XR Valley Hubs in the future.
The Ideal XR Valley Hub
Provides room for companies / organizations that want to stay in a more permanent setting (3 months+) to incubate or accelerate their growth.
Has a permanent XR installation that can be used for demo’s and showcases.
Has a speaker stage for inspirational talks and pitches.
Has a community manager that drives the use of XR.
Has a decision maker that joins the strategic coordination of the XR Valley Hubs network.

The Immersive Lab is a center of expertise that centralizes all research projects, acquired knowledge and technology related to XR technology (extended reality: virtual, augmented and mixed reality) and makes it available to students, researchers, companies and non-profit organizations. Researchers are brought into contact with XR producers, hardware and software developers, investors… but also education, cultural institutions and other interested parties from the region.
